Halifax hosted the Tall Ships Festival over the past week. Back in May the tall ships began their journey in Savannah, Ga. and sailed north along the Atlantic Coast during June and July visiting ports in Rhode Island and Connecticut before arriving in Halifax on July 19th. While in Halifax the ships were open to the public each day. On Monday July 23rd. the ships left port and participated in a Parade of Sail. I was able to arrange to be on a spectator vessel which provided a great opportunity to take a few hundred photos. I have created a new gallery to display a number of these.
